These terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Bazar Suisse and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made via the website www.bazarsuisse.ch.
Any order placed through the website www.bazarsuisse.ch implies unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions of sale.
All purchases made on the website www.bazarsuisse.ch are exclusively subject to these general terms and conditions of sale. They apply to all goods ordered by the buyer via www.bazarsuisse.ch. These terms shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by www.bazarsuisse.ch.
www.bazarsuisse.ch reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time. In such cases, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the buyer’s order.
2. Products
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, photos, and information are as accurate as possible. However, slight differences may exist, which the customer accepts.
3. Prices
The prices of goods listed on www.bazarsuisse.ch are net prices in Swiss Francs (CHF), Euros (EUR), or US Dollars (USD). The applicable rates are those published on www.bazarsuisse.ch.
www.bazarsuisse.ch reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price indicated on the website on the day of the order shall be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Shipping costs are specified separately during the ordering process.
4. Order
Orders are placed online via the order page of the www.bazarsuisse.ch shop based on the available items.
To place an order, the buyer must:

2) Fill out the registration form, providing all required information
3) Accept these terms and conditions
4) Confirm their order and payment
5) Make payment according to the stated terms
All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.

5. Payment
All payments must be made either via PayPal, credit card, or e-banking. See details in the "Secure Payment" section.
6. Delivery
Parcels are generally shipped worldwide within 5 days after receipt of payment. All deliveries are made via Swiss Post.
The standard shipping method is SwissPost with tracking, delivered against signature.
Special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.
Packages are oversized and well-protected.
Product availability on our website is continuously updated, but it is possible that one of the selected items may become unavailable. In such cases, we will inform you by email within 48 hours.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postal charges.
We advise you to group your purchases into a single order, as we cannot combine two separate orders. In such cases, the buyer will be charged shipping fees for each order.
7.1 International Deliveries
For all orders shipped outside of Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be required by the local authorities of the destination country.
The customer is responsible for all procedures necessary for the import of goods into their country, in accordance with the applicable laws.
These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the amount paid on our website.
8. Exchanges and Returns
No exchange, return, or refund is possible except in cases of severe damage.
Severe damage is defined as any damage that renders the item unusable.
In such cases, contacting www.bazarsuisse.ch is mandatory.
9. Warranty and Liability
Our products are covered by Swiss legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
In case of a defective product, please contact us within a reasonable time after receipt.
The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or any other damage not directly related to the product.
10. Cancellation and Force Majeure
A force majeure event is any external, unpredictable event beyond our control that prevents us from fulfilling our obligations.
In the event of a force majeure situation recognized as such by case law, obligations related to the current order will be suspended for the duration of the event.
If the force majeure event lasts more than 30 consecutive days, the current order will be canceled.
In addition, www.bazarsuisse.ch reserves the right to cancel any contract at any time, without providing a reason. In such cases, www.bazarsuisse.ch commits to refunding the buyer.

We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Swiss law, regardless of the buyer’s country.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of our services shall, failing an amicable settlement, be settled exclusively by the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud.
If one or more provisions of these terms are deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
In the event of a legal gap, only the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations shall apply.
Any dispute is exclusively subject to Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Montreux.
