Shipping charges include packing, handling and postage. We encourage you to group your purchases in a single order because we cannot group two separate orders. For orders shipped to foreign countries, a separate shipping charge will be applied to each order.
After receipt of payment, the packages are shipped with the following approximate delivery times:
- 2 to 5 days in Switzerland
- 15 to 30 days in Europe
- 20 to 30 days in the rest of the world
All shipping is done through the Swiss post office. Standard shipping is done via SwissPost, delivery against signature.
Particular care is exercised for packages containing fragile products.
Items are packaged in oversized cartons and protected.
